Suitability: Zuo Le's whole deal is actually being expected to solo manage ancient beings a lot more powerful than he is called the Sui fragments, and usually being in way over his head. While most of the fragments are good to neutral, a couple have put people into life-threatening danger, and Zuo Le has always been quick to leap head first (sometimes unwisely so) between regular civilians and the threats posed by these beings. Now while I say he is expected to solo manage these old ass powerful fragments, the truth of the matter is that he often gets help when dealing with the trouble makers of the group, including help from some of the other fragments themselves, so needing to accept a helping hand is also pretty old hat for him.

Basically what I'm saying is that Zuo Le's got some experience dealing with powerful beings that could turn him into paste if he steps wrong, and getting assistance from people to keep himself from becoming said paste. He'll have to learn to navigate new dangers in new ways, but he'll probably do an okay job helping others adjust to this.

Weaknesses:

Impulsive: So that whole comment about sometimes unwisely jumping between people and life-threatening danger? It's a chronic problem of his.

Inflexible: While he's learning to be more flexible in small, shuffling steps, Zuo Le has spent most of his life being taught certain lessons about people and his place in the world, and has to take some lumps first to learn new ways of perceiving the world around him.

Severe: He's not humorless exactly, but he's not about to crack any dad jokes or put anyone at ease with his soothing presence either.

Strengths:

Earnest: While his job does often have him obfuscating certain truths or outright lying, Zuo Le himself is an incredibly sincere young man in both words and actions.

Well Meaning: Not all of the choices he makes are good choices, but they're all made with the intention of protecting the largest number of people possible at all times.

Driven: A nicer way of saying stubborn, but it's true that when Zuo Le puts his mind to something he will continue to try to tackle the problem regardless of obstacles placed in his path.

TEAM INFO:

Team Suitability: Zuo Le's job requires him to be able to work independently, so in theory he should be able to lone wolf it. In reality, however, he is a young man who is fairly early into his chosen career, and while there is some hilarious irony I won't get into about the amount of responsibility that accidentally gets dumped squarely on his shoulders, Zuo Le by and large has been working in tandem with other people to get things done. Usually it's one or two partners at most, or independently while having received advanced assistance from someone else to better prepare him for confrontations. Zuo Le has even (albeit reluctantly) received help from the very people his government has tasked him to keep a close eye on in order to tackle more pressing problems.

This is all to say he's fairly open to working with individuals and groups. He's just also determined to put himself in harm's way THE MOST if he gets a say in the matter.
What kind of team dynamic do you want? A group that will either encourage each other to grow and overcome weakness, or make each other worse. Bonus points if we can manage to do both at once, growth in some areas, worsening in others.
